Toffee Vodka DessertThe perfect boozy end to any dinner party sweet and creamy and a comforting warmth from the toffee vodka

For the toffee sauce

  • 110 g butter
  • 250 g light brown sugar, (or half brown and half caster sugar)
  • 275 g golden syrup
  • 225 ml double cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Put all the ingredients in a saucepan set over a high heat and boil for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly, until it has thickened, allow to cool.

You will need crushed digestives

Cheers toffee vodka ice cream

Chantilly cream

sliced bananas

home made toffee sauce

crushed walnuts

Then layer in a tumbler glass starting with the crushed digestives the a layer of toffee vodka ice cream followed by the whipped Chantilly cream and layer bananas on top and cover with toffee sauce repeat process once more and finish with crushed walnuts and toffee sauce
